This resource fair is designed to serve the more than 5,500 individuals living with disabilities in Coweta County. This FREE event is open to the community and will bring together a wide range of community partners and organizations to offer support, services, and adaptive resources in one welcoming, inclusive space showcasing resources in health & wellness, education, adaptive recreation, vocational training, legal support, and more.

- Pop-Up Claims support – providing on-site support for those transitioning from pediatric to adult disability assistance programs
