The YMCA Youth & Teen Development Center is a dedicated space where Atlanta youth and teens can build friendships, explore new interests, and grow in a supportive environment. This 21,000-square-foot facility features an outdoor family aquatic center, gymnasium, cyber café, digital and media center, and teen wellness area designed to help young people stay active, engaged, and connected.
Serving the East Atlanta, East Lake, Kirkwood, Oakhurst, and South DeKalb communities, the center extends the impact of the East Lake Family YMCA through camps, afterschool programs, youth sports, swim programs, and teen leadership opportunities. Programs are designed to help youth develop confidence, strengthen relationships, and discover their potential.
Through caring mentors, positive role models, and meaningful experiences, the YMCA Youth & Teen Development Center provides opportunities for teens to lead, serve, learn, and make a difference in their communities.
