Like the Y, many organizations are working hard to meet the needs of our community amid the spread of COVID-19. These organizations are in great need of volunteer assistance to provide vital services, including hunger relief.
Volunteer opportunities will allow for social distancing while you work. Below are the opportunities available, along with information on how to volunteer. Additional opportunities will be added to this list as we are made aware of them.

As Project Open Hand Atlanta plans to significantly ramp up meal production over the next few days in order to pre-deliver a week’s worth of nutritious meals to each of our clients, we have an urgent need for volunteers to help us package and deliver them. More than 450 volunteer openings are available and are posted on OpenHandAtlanta.org. Please contact Volunteer Services directly at firstname.lastname@example.org or 404-872-2707 with any questions or for help with volunteering.
