The World’s Fastest Omelet 

This is such an easy way to make a healthy breakfast. Bonus – you’ll only dirty ONE dish!
What you’ll need: 

Cooking spray (or butter) 

2 eggs 

Your favorite omelette toppings 


Use cooking spray (or butter) to grease your favorite Microwave-safe mug (or a bowl works too).  

Combine 2 eggs and your favorite omelet toppings and stir up inside the mug 

Microwave it for 2 minutes.  

Voila! You have a quick, proteinfilled breakfast in a mug!

PB&J Tacos 

Want a healthy spin on Taco Tuesday? Grab your favorite fruits and get ready turn them into a fruity taco! 


slices white bread 

1/3 cup peanut butter 

1/3 cup jelly 

1/2 cup chopped strawberries 

1/2 cup blueberries 

1/4 cup crushed graham crackers 

Honey for drizzling 


Using a large glass or biscuit cutter, cut bread into rounds and discard crust.  

Spread peanut butter to the edges of each bread round. Repeat with jelly, then sprinkle with strawberries, blueberries, and graham crackers.  

Drizzle with honey, fold like a taco, and serve.
