Whole Wheat Cheddar Crackers 

Make your own snack that smiles back, because it’s so darn healthy 


2 cups cheddar cheese, grated 

1 cup whole wheat flour 

I tablespoon spike salt-free seasoning (any salt free/herb seasoning will work) 

6 tablespoons salt free butter, chilled 


1. Preheat oven to 400 F.

2. Place the first 3 ingredients in a food processor and pulse to combine.

3. Add the butter and pulse and until a ball forms.

4. Roll out dough 1/4 inch thick on a floured or parchment-covered surface. Slice into crackers or cut out shapes with a cookie cutter.

5. Bake for 15-17 minutes.

6. Serve.

Pancake Muffins 

Want a fun twist on pancakes that you can customize for each member of your family? You can even enlist your mini chefs as helpers for these! 


Pancake mix (store bought or homemade batter) 

Toppings (add in your favorites, or just what you have on hand! Blueberries, chocolate chips, strawberries, bacon, etc.) 


Preheat oven to 450 degrees 

Mix batter together following recipe or box instructions(a great job if you have little helpers!) 

Pour batter into a greased or lined mini muffin tin 

Add your favorite toppings (or leave them plain) 

*Bonus: add food coloring for rainbow pancakes! You can even use a toothpick to marble to the colors into a cool spiral design. 

Bake for 10-20 minutes

M&M Energy Bites The Whole Family Will Love! 


1 cup rolled oats  

½ cup peanut butter  

½ cup M&Ms  

1/3 cup honey  

1 teaspoon vanilla extract  


Stir all ingredients except the M&Ms together in a bowl. 

Once thoroughly mixed together, add in the M&Ms. 

Cover and chill the mixture for at least a half hour. 

Roll the chilled mixture into teaspoon sized balls. 

Bite into these delicious bite-size treats!  

M&Ms Energy Bites can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week
