Today’s healthy recipe is brought to us by Lana from the Covington YMCA. This baked salmon with potatoes and broccoli recipe is one of her favorite healthy dinners. The recipe is super simple and only requires a few ingredients, but is a delicious and tasty meal that’s ready in less than an hour! 

Ingredients: 

1lb fresh salmon 

1 baking potato 

2 heads of broccoli 

~4 tbsp olive oil 

1-2 tbsp Italian seasoning 

1-2 tbsp garlic powder 

Salt and pepper to taste
