Anu Kothari
Chief Human Resources Officer
Anu brings more than 20 years of HR leadership experience, much of it in environments that demanded many of the same capabilities our Y requires — leading across multi-site operations, supporting diverse workforces, and helping organizations evolve to meet changing needs and expectations. Throughout her career, Anu has led HR efforts for organizations with operations across North America and Latin America, supporting thousands of employees in both union and non-union environments. Her experience includes organizational transformation, leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement, and talent strategy.
Most recently, Anu served as Director of Human Resources at Graphic Packaging International, where she supported business divisions representing approximately 7,000 employees across more than 20 locations. She partnered with leaders to strengthen talent pipelines, improve organizational effectiveness, and guide teams through periods of significant change and growth. Earlier in her career, Anu held leadership positions with Oldcastle Infrastructure and WestRock, where she helped drive HR transformation initiatives, talent management programs, workforce planning strategies, and leadership development efforts.
Anu earned an MBA with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Georgia State University and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Georgia. She is passionate about helping organizations create cultures where employees feel supported, valued, and empowered to succeed.
