Program Registration
Register for your program at the Program Registration Desk located behind the Front Desk.
The Villages at Carver Family YMCA accepts cash, checks, money orders, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
Program Members are enrolled only in the program for which they have registered and do not have full use of the facility. For example, if you are a program member enrolled in swim lessons, you are only able to use the pool during your scheduled swim lesson, you would not be able to use the steam room or the whirlpool, as those areas are for facility members. Program fees are $25 for an individual and $35 for a family. This fee is good for one year from the date of purchase and does not include the price of the program in which you wish to participate.
When registering for a YMCA program, a joint commitment is implied. The member will pay the appropriate fee to participate and the YMCA will provide the program. If the YMCA breaks this commitment, all fees are refunded. If the participant breaks this commitment, the YMCA must still provide the program and fees are generally not refundable.
You will receive a full refund or credit:
If the class has insufficient enrollment & must be canceled.
If you give us at least 72 hours notice of cancellation before the first class.
If less than 72 hours notice is given, no refund will be issued.
(A credit may be given at the discretion of the director of that particular program. Credits are valid for one year and are not transferable to refunds at a later date. The above policy does not apply to youth sports or camp which have their own policies.)
