Family Programs Child Care The Summit Family YMCA offers well-supervised child care for our members as they work out in our building. Free with your facility membership! Child Watch (3 months to 5 years) Child Watch provides a supervised environment for children 3 months to 5 years old, allowing parents time to work out, knowing their children are in a safe place. The kids meet friends, play games, and do arts and crafts. Children need to wear comfortable play clothes. Facility members only Monday through Friday - 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. Saturday - 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Sunday - 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Y-Rec (6 to 12 years) Y-Rec provides a supervised environment for children 6 to12 years old, allowing parents time to work out, knowing their children are in a safe place. The kids meet friends, play games, do arts and crafts, play 2 V 2 and tennis. Children need to wear comfortable play clothes. Y-Rec is also offered on Coweta County Public School holidays. (Hours are the same as the Child Watch on those days.) Parents Night Out Parents need a night out too! The Y will take care of your child while you enjoy a night out on the town! Activities include arts & crafts, indoor/outdoor games, character development, and movies. Dinner will be provided. Facility Members Only. Ages: 2 to 12 years Days: 1st Saturday of each month (some exceptions may apply) Times: 6-10pm Fees: $20 for each child/$10 each additional child For more information on Parents Night Out please contact Amy Girouard at amygi@ymcaatlanta.org. Parents Morning Out Parents Morning Out offers a safe, fun-filled, educational program for your 18 month old to 4 year old child. This program is offered twice a week with each day focusing on either physical activity or creativity. Activities include group games, mini-sports, fitness, pre-school enrichment, arts & crafts, story time, musical movement, and Spanish. Each week will have a fun theme your child is sure to enjoy! A mid-morning snack will be provided. Ages: 18 months to 4 years of age Days: M/W- 18 months to 3 years and T/H - 3 to 4 years (fully potty-trained) Times: 8:30am to 12:30 pm each day (Please pack a lunch daily!)
