Group Exercise Classes

All group fitness classes are available to facility members ages 13 and up at no additional charge. Ages 9-12 may participate in select group exercise classes with a parent or guardian, age 18 or older, with the exception of Group Cycle, Body Sculpting, Bosu or Physio Ball.

Class Descriptions 

3-2-1 - A fast moving rotation of 3 minutes cardio, 2 minutes resistance training and 1 minute abs resulting in a full-body circuit training workout.

Abs– A 15 minute class of intense abdominal work. Great for all fitness levels.

Agility Drills – A high intensity cardio class simulating an army style boot camp/sports training workout utilizing athletic conditioning drills along with many other sport conditioning movements.

Bicycle Boot Camp – A combination of Agility Drills and intense indoor cycling for a great workout!

Body Sculpting -a class designed to sculpt, strengthen and stretch to all major muscle groups.

Deep Water Workout– A moderate to intense water cardio and strength workout entirely in the deep end of the pool. A great core stability workout!

Cardio Core - A high intensity cardio based class targeting core and lower body strength training.

Circuit Drills– A high intensity agility, cardio and strength training class all in one. Easily geared to your own fitness level.

Flow Yoga- Combining traditional yoga poses with movement, and then setting it to music, this dance-inspired flow yoga class helps build balance, strength, stamina, and focus.

Functional Fitness – A starting point for ALL level participants to get to know your body, your exercise level and where you want to be. Incorporates cardio, stretching and flexibility with weight bearing exercises and resistance training.

Gentle Yoga – For beginners to yoga or anyone who just wants a gentle more relaxing yoga that promotes stability, balance and core strength.

Group Cycling - An indoor cycling class with varying levels of intensity. Perfect for all fitness levels!

Group Cycle/PUMP - Cycle 1st half and a weighted workout with cardio, strength and toning 2nd half.

Group Cycle & Abs - 45 min. of cycle and 15 min. of abdominal exercises using any combination of mat, ball or Bosu.

H20 Cardio & Sculpt– An overall, high energy water exercise incorporating cardio mixed with toning for a fun workout and great calorie expenditure.

H2O Drills & Skills– For the experienced water exerciser. A high intensity water cardio and sculpting utilizing both the deep and shallow ends of the pool and various pool tools for an optimal workout.

H20 Fitness– A water completely in the shallow end including cardio, strengthening and stretching exercises for a total body workout. Perfect for all fitness levels.

H20 Flex & Firm– A warm water range of motion, sculpting and stretching class. Perfect for all fitness levels.

H20 Functional Fitness – The water version of our land Functional Fitness class.

H20 Hi-Lo– A water cardio and strengthening with various intensities and challenges, including optional deep water variations. For all fitness levels.

H20 Pilates– Strengthening while lengthening exercises modified for water using methods formulated by Joseph H. Pilates. Perfect for all fitness levels and a great way to try Pilates.

Keeping It Simple– Get your heart and body moving to a low impact class set to music with NO CHOREOGRAPHY. No rhythm or coordination skills required! Great for the beginning and regular exerciser who wants to have some fun while burning calories.

Kickboxing– A high energy class with martial art style kicking, punching, jabbing and more. A great full-body workout!

Pilates - a form of stretching, strengthening, lengthening and relaxing poses, similar to yoga. Based on true Pilates principles.

Pilates on the Ball - Pilates on the ball with extreme concentration on strength and conditioning.

Power Yoga - This is influenced by Ashtanga, a more intense, flowing and powerful yoga.

Step – A rhythmic that involves stepping up and down on a platform with different choreography and arm movements. May also include some strength/circuit training.

Step It Up - A step with intermediate to advanced choreography providing a fun, challenging workout for both mind and body. May also include some strength/circuit training and Bosu.

Tai Chi – A “soft style” martial art using slow, repetitive movements to promote balance, awareness, stress relief, relaxation and other health benefits.

Ultra Sculpt – A head to toe “max out” full body sculpting class with interval cardio blasts with lunges and power pump sculpting, utilizing the step, Bosu, body bars and weights.

Yoga - A gentle flexibility training using mind-body techniques for relaxation and rejuvenation.

ZUMBA©– A combination of Latin, pop and hip-hop rhythms designed with easy to follow steps that utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning, and total body toning. Perfect for all fitness levels.

ZUMBA© Lite – a lighter version of the original. Perfect for the beginner or for those who need the lower impact adaptation.

ZUMBA© Sculpt– Zumba and toning all in one class. Perfect for all fitness levels.
