GROUP CYCLING
Get ready to ride. This class is designed for a great workout to music on Schwinn stationary bikes. Music will keep you energized as you ride. This is an enjoyable workout where you can go at your own fitness level. (Bikes are located in the Aerobics Studio)

HI/LO AEROBICS
This class is designed to get you moving. Participants are encouraged to workout at their own pace. Your instructor will demonstrate the “HI” and “LO” versions of each move.

CARDIO POWER SCULPT
This class combines an aerobics workout using the step platform with risers, jump ropes, bands and other hi/lo moves. Participants should use dumbbells for optimum benefit during the toning and sculpting portion of the class.

A class designed with the active adult in mind. This class provides you with a moderate cardiovascular workout using the Resist-A-Ball, bands, steps, and bikes. No age limit!
