As a member of the South DeKalb Family YMCA, you will find yourself among neighbors and friends who are interested in the same pursuits you are - getting in shape in one of our exercise classes or finding a soccer program for your children. WE ARE YOU! What sets the South DeKalb Family YMCA apart is our emphasis on character building. Our programs are tools for building successful relationships between children and adults, whether those adults are parents, other caregivers, or YMCA volunteers and staff members.
What do we offer?
Free Fitness Classes and Aerobics Programs. Membership in the South DeKalb Family YMCA gives you access to all fitness equipment and programs offered, including fitness classes and aerobics programs.
THE COACH APPROACH®. This is an exercise support process that is free with your facility membership and only available at the YMCA. A wellness coach will assist you in creating and reaching short- and long-term goals.
Free Nursery Services. As a member of our facility, you can leave your child in our Play Box (ages 6 months - 5) and Kid Zone (ages 6-12) while you work out, participate in a class, attend a meeting or play in a team sport.
