Facility Rentals
After Hours Parties
Bring your youth group or community group to enjoy the YMCA after hours! Maximum
group size of 300 people; minimum group size of 50 people. Deposits for lock-ins
and after hours parties are required to confirm the reservation. Final
Payment is due one week prior to the event. Parties are available
Saturdays and Sundays from 6:00 pm to 10:00pm and include:

Lock Ins
Bring your group to spend the night at the YMCA! A facility reservation agreement is
required for a reservation. Maximum group size is 300, minimum group size is 50.
Deposits for lock-ins and after hours parties are required to confirm the reservation.

Meeting Room Rentals
Room Rentals are available to non profit community organizations, schools, and churches. Rentals
must be made 30 days in advance and availability is subject to YMCA program schedules.
Room Rentals only are available during normal facility hours.
Community Room Rates
Capacity 50 people
$75 per 2 hour
Reservation Procedures
Reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis. Rental applications forms are available
at the program registration desk. Please indicate first and second choice dates. The rentals
coordinator determines availability and confirms your reservation. Deposits for lock-ins
and after hours parties are required to confirm the reservation.
Final Payment is due two weeks prior to the event.
