As a not-for-profit organization, the G. Cecil Pruett Community Center Family YMCA is dedicated to reaching out to all children in the community, regardless of family income. Our membership dues and program fees are not used for this purpose. Instead, we must rely on the charitable contributions from local businesses and friends like you. Our Partner with Youth Campaign allows us to provide an opportunity for a child to participate in a YMCA program who would otherwise be unable to do so. All funds raised stay right here in our community and serve our children. Why volunteer? Volunteering is a great way to get involved, give back to your community and create new friendships. The Pruett Family YMCA utilizes volunteers to:
Coach all of our youth sports teams
Help out with special events and community events
Help lead various youth programs
Help raise funds during our Partner With Youth Campaign
Be an active Board Member
