  Need help getting started? Need help breaking the stop-start cycle? Using  THE COACH APPROACH^TM YMCA wellness coaches are especially prepared to support you as a new and returning exerciser. It's free with membership and only available at the YMCA. 

• BABYSITTING WHILE YOU WORK OUT.
  You'll enjoy peace of mind knowing that your child is safe and having fun in our supervised child enrichment centers.  Hours vary by branch.

• USE OF MULTIPLE LOCATIONS MINUTES FROM HOME, MINUTES FROM WORK
  Your Metro Atlanta YMCA membership is welcome at multiple branches.
  If your daily routine is anything but routine, choose the membership that moves
