The YMCA embraces volunteers and their dedication to our communities. We promote the collaboration of staff and volunteers to provide the best possible service and programs. Northeast Cobb YMCA is committed to providing positive volunteer experiences by matching the individuals interests, talents and needs to the Y’s goals for the good of all members of our community. POLICY VOLUNTEERS
Those serving on YMCA Boards & Committees.  For more information, Board of Directors.

PROGRAM VOLUNTEERS
Those having direct contact with YMCA members and people in the community. Helping the Y deliver programs and services and with membership functions.

FUNDRAISING VOLUNTEERS
Those responsible for the leadership and legwork that goes into successful fundraising campaigns and special events.

SUPPORT VOLUNTEERS
Helping in the office, facility and grounds.
