Facility Reservations

Spend time with family and friends and share your next party or event at the Ed Isakson/Alpharetta Family YMCA.  Listed below are the following options for your next event:

INDOOR POOL PARTIES
Pool parties are a fun way to share a special event! Pool parties are recommended for ages 5 and up. Children under the age of 5 years old must have adult(s) in pool. 10 person minimum, 30 person maximum. A facility reservation agreement and full payment are required at time of sign up for party.

DAYS & TIMES:
January - March April- December
Saturdays 4:30-6:30 p.m.
Sundays 4:30-6:30 p.m.
(Dates subject to availability)
Saturdays:  3:30p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Sundays:    2:30p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
(Dates subject to availability)

FEES: $12.00 per person  (Facility Members)
           $17.00 per person (Program Members)

Pool parties include:  
  • One hour in our indoor pool
  • Certified lifeguards
  • One hour in our party room to share snacks and presents


CLIMBING WALL PARTIES
Climbing wall parties are a unique way to celebrate a birthday or an exciting alternative to a weekly scout meeting! Minimum of 8 people, maximum of 16 people. All participants must be at least 7 years of age.

DAYS & TIMES:  Saturdays: 2:30p.m. - 4:30p.m.
                           Sundays:    1:15p.m. - 3:15p.m.

FEES:  $14.00 per person (Facility Members)
            $19.00 per person (Program Members)

Parties include:

  • Exclusive use of the climbing gym for one and a half hours.
  • Caring, certified facilitators to teach about climbing and bouldering.
  • A half-hour in our party room to open presents, share snacks and have fun.

CLIMB & SWIM COMBO PARTIES
Two great activities for you and your friends to enjoy together! Minimum of 10 people, maximum of 16 people. All participants must be at least 7 years of age.

DAY & TIMES:  Fridays
                         Climb:   5:45p.m. - 7:15p.m.
                         Swim:    7:30p.m. - 8:30p.m.

FEES:  $20.00 per person (Facility Members)
            $25.00 per person (Program Members)

Climb & Swim Parties include:

  • Exclusive use of the climbing gym for one and a half hours
  • Caring, certified facilitators to teach about climbing and bouldering
  • One hour in our indoor pool
  • Certified lifeguards

TEEN CENTER PARTIES (6th grade and up)
Includes an hour and a half in the teen center and 30 minutes in the party room to share cake and presents.  Includes free access to video games,  and pool tables.
Saturdays 3:00-5:00 Sundays 3:00-5:00
Facility Members: $14.00 per person
Program Members: $19.00 per person
Minimum of 10

AFTER-HOURS PARTIES
Bring your group to enjoy the YMCA after hours! Exclusive use of the indoor pool (pool hours, 7:00p.m. - 9:30p.m.)  and gym are included. $100 damage deposit and facility reservation agreement are required for reservations. Full payment required Wednesday before the event. Maximum group size of 300 people: minimum group size of 30 people. 

DAYS AND TIMES: Saturday 6:30-10 PM

After hours parties include:

  • Indoor pool
  • Basketball gymnasium
  • Climbing wall option
  • Teen Center option

LOCK-INS

Bring your group to spend the night at the YMCA! $500.00 damage deposit and facility reservation agreement required for reservation. Full payment  required Thursday before the event. Maximum group size 300 people; minimum group size of 50 people.

DAY & TIMES:  Fridays  9:30p.m. - 7:00a.m.

Lock-ins include:

  • Volleyball
  • Basketball
  • Swimming
  • Certified lifeguards
  • Indoor climbing
  • Certified climbing staff

Add the teen center to your lock-in!  The teen center is available for lock-ins 12:30 am- 6:30 am.  Includes use of large movie screen, pool tables and video games.  Requires additional $500.00 damage deposit.
