Celebrate your birthday with the YMCA!

Birthdays can be fun and memorable!  At the East Lake Family YMCA, we believe that your special day is important and should be celebrated with the greatest of excitement.  Let us provide you the space for your birthday festivities including:  Swimming, gym time and FUN!!

To reserve a Birthday Party package you must contact Tara Hardy at 404-373-6561 for date availability.  You must fill out a space request form that's available at the membership desk.   This service is only available to members of the YMCA.
 

Birthday Packages

#1 Pool Party
Saturdays, 3-5pm or Sundays 2-4pm.
Party in the Community Room (1 hour time limit). Pool (1 hour time limit)
*$6 per person.  Max of 20.

#2 Gym & Swim Party
Saturdays, 1:30- 5pm or Sundays 2-5pm
Party in the Community Room (1 hour time limit).  Gym (1 hour).  Pool (1 hour).
*$75 (10 participants) $7 per participant over 10.  Max of 20.

#3 Birthday Party
Saturday & Sunday only
*$50 (2 hour time limit / Community Room only)

*There is a $50.00 non-refundable fee due at registration for parties.

Room Rentals

Reminders

• Rentals are for YMCA members and Partnering Agencies only
• The application must be completed and submitted along with a set up fee, no later than fourteen days prior to the date to be used.  Payment must be completed one week prior to the event
• Reservations are only approved once the application is turned into the YMCA and the Reservation Coordinator confirms the date
• Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis
• Facility reservations are not taken more than 45 days in advance
• The YMCA reserves the right to refuse any application at their discretion (YMCA activities take priority)
