Facility Status
The pool will be closed down for the annual cleaning from Monday, August 16th - Sunday, August 22nd.
In an attempt to broaden our communications with all our members, we have subscribed to a company called "Status Me". Subscription to Status Me is a voluntary choice, no fee attached. When you enroll, you will be providing us with your email, as well as your cell phone number (for text purposes only), so that when systems here at the YMCA are not working, such as steam rooms, whirlpools or the pool, you will be notified by email and/or text messaging as to the closure of said systems as well as the status of repair.
You personally, must go on the "Status Me" website and put in your information. Here's how:
Log onto www.statusme.com
Click on Join now, Click Register,
Go to SMS (cell phone) email addresses
Click Add New
Put in your phone number, Put in your cell phone provider
Click Add SMS
Click Next
Under "Join a club"
Click Georgia
Click Atlanta Metro YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta
Click Decatur-Dekalb YMCA
Click Join
Click Next
Click Decatur-Dekalb YMCA
Click Join
Click Set up Text Message
Click on "all on"
Click on submit
Click Done

Jr. Micro & Micro - Tues, August 31st at 7pm at the YMCA
U8 Coed & Mighty Mites Sunday league - Tues, September 7th at 7pm at the YMCA
Kiddie Kickers & Little Kickers - Tues or Wed, September 21st or 22nd at 7pm at the YMCA (need to attend only one)
