Facility Membership
Your Metro Atlanta YMCA facility membership is welcomed at all Metro Atlanta YMCA branches and entitles you to discounts on most program fees.  Your facility membership also enrolls you in the AWAY - Always Welcome at YMCAs - program.  Many YMCAs all over the world will honor your membership when you visit.  A list of participating YMCAs is available at the  YMCA of the USA  web site.  

Decatur-DeKalb Family YMCA hours of operation:
Monday-Friday  5:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m.   
Saturday & Sunday  8:00 a.m.- 8:00 p.m.

Holiday hours of operation
Memorial Day  10:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m.
July 4  10:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m.
Labor Day  10:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m.
New Year's Day 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
*The Membership Office, group fitness classes and Play Center will be closed.
Wellness Coaches will not be available on these dates.

Program Membership
Program membership is designed for those who would like to participate in selected YMCA programs, but do not want facility amenities.  Individual and family program memberships are available on an annual basis.  Program members have an opportunity to participate in quality programs, receive membership publications, and participate in some special facility events.

Play Center 
Welcome to the Decatur-DeKalb YMCA Play Center! Free childcare services are available for facility members only, while working out in the facility. It is designed to serve age’s three months to five years; however, children up to twelve years of age are welcomed. There is a two hour per day, eight hours per week limit for all children in the Play Center.   

Effective January 1, 2008, all children using the Play Center must have a membership I. D.  Parents and children must give their membership I.D.’s to the Play Center staff upon entering. If your child needs a membership I.D. please see Member Services, and understand this is for the safety of your children.

The Play Center reserves the right to limit the number of children, at any time for safety reasons.

PARENT’S NIGHT OUT
Parent’s Night Out (PNO) is a service available only for facility members who wish to “have a night off”. PNO is held every other Friday of each month, between the hours of 7:00-10:00 p.m. All participants must pre-register and pay at the PlayCenter. Children must be registered by Wednesday @ 8:30 pm. The cost is $15 for the first child and $10 for each additional child. The program will allow 5 children less then 3 years old and 10 children from 4to 10 years old. The program must have at least 8 participants, but no more then 20 children in the entire program. Children must be registered by Wednesday 8:30 pm. You will be notified of cancellation 24 hours in advance.
