Program Description     

At the Arthur M. Blank Family Youth YMCA Preschool boys and girls develop life long skills to become exceptional citizens and life long learners.   The Preschool is centrally located in downtown Atlanta and has extensive partnerships with many Atlanta businesses and academic institutions, such as the Centennial Place Elementary School, Georgia Tech, Coca-Cola, Georgia Natural Gas and etc.  During the past year, 3 of every 4 graduates that enrolled into the adjoining Centennial Place Elementary School achieved recognition for scholastic success, including several students of the month, and ‘Best in Reading’ and ‘Best in Math’ awards. 

Each classroom is staffed with competent, well trained, certified instructors that place a premium on kindergarten and elementary school success.   As a member of the Metro Atlanta YMCA, the largest provider of childcare in the metro area, we place special emphasis on character development by building the mind, body and spirit.
