Prime Time Scholarships
We are currently accepting scholarship applications (becas ) from the 09/10 school year. Once received, applications take 10 business days to process. Applications will be processed in the order they are received and MUST be turned in complete with all required forms. Any application missing information will NOT be accepted. (no exceptions)
The Cowart Family/Ashford Dunwoody YMCA’s Prime Time program provides a safe, fun and enriching environment for your child to spend their after-school hours. Children will have an opportunity to participate in arts & crafts, sports, team building, dramatic play, enrichment, character building and free choice activities. In addition, your child will receive time for and assistance with their homework and an afternoon snack. The Prime Time staff are chosen for their education, experience and abilities with children. Our staff, reflect, demonstrate and teach the YMCA’s Character Development traits of caring, honest, respect, and responsibility. We are licensed by Bright from the Start and maintain a 1:15 staff to child ratio.

Prime Time After-school programs run from school dismissal until 6:30 PM.
Fee: $65/week for after-school
Program membership: $25 ($35 for more than 1 child)
To register please complete the child history enrollment form, bring program or facility membership fee, and two weeks of tuition to the registration office at the YMCA. Children may only begin attending Prime Time on a Monday. All registration and payment information must completed by 2:00 p.m. on Saturday to enter.
After Y'll
After Y’ll is our after-school program at Peachtree Middle School. The program is designed to meet the developmental needs of middle school children. Program components include: homework, snacks, team building, enrichment activities, character development, life skills, service learning activities, field trips and outside play. The children play an active role in program planning and implementation. The children are encouraged to take on leadership roles and develop effective communication skills.
Morning Program–Time: 7:00am to 8:30am ; Cost: $33/Per Week
Afternoon Program-Time: Dismissal to 6:30pm; Cost: $65/Per Week
Morning and Afternoon program - $77/per week
Holiday Camp
The YMCA will provide Holiday Camp at the YMCA during most school vacations and teacher workdays:
Held at the YMCA - 3692 Ashford Dunwoody Road, Atlanta, GA 30319
7 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Next Holiday Camp: Wednesday, November 25
General Camp Fee: $25 per day per child, must register at the YMCA
Travel Camp Fee: $35 per day per child, must register at the YMCA. Register early! Space is limited! (Zamba Funland - Arcade and Bounce House)
