6&Under: M-TH 3:45-4:30
This practice is designed for our younger swimmers who are either new to competitive swimming or just looking to continue their career. This will be a more relaxed yet competitive practice, using drills and games to refine stroke technique, without the overwhelming yardage that is so discouraging to beginning swimmers.
7-12 Silver: M-TH 4:30-5:30
The Silver level is for our swimmers who are experienced with swimming, but still need specific stroke refinement and endurance training. This is accomplished with the use of innovative drills and instruction, with moderate to intense total yardage.
9-18 Gold: M-TH 5:30-6:30
The Gold level is an advanced practice. These swimmers will use advanced drills and training to take their swimming to the next level. Practice will include endurance training and very specific stroke refinement with a focus on every detail of competitive swimming. Intense total yardage.
*Any participant wishing to swim in a younger or older age group must receive approval from Patrick Walsh, Aquatic Director.
