Step 1 Group Organizers helpful check list Step 2 Call and "pencil" in your date 770-484-YMCA (9622) no deposit required until another group rally's for the same date. Then you will be required to make a commitment with a deposit. Step 3 Fax or bring in your account set-up information (A) Rental Summary and (B) application.Your group organizer will need to submit a membership application to get your group set up in our system. A $50 non-refundable deposit is also due at this time. This $50 will go towards your balance. We start receiving these as early as January 15 the smae year as your rental date. Step 4 Read, sign and forward with 50% of your required deposit as well as your separate $150 cleaning deposit check (we can only accept the cleaning deposit in check form and separate from your rental deposit) and the following documents (C) Rental agreement (D) Liability agreement all due one month before your event. If you are using the YMCA programs i.e. climbing wall. archery, pool each person should submit the following release. For those under 18 a parent will have to sign the release. It is a good idea to just bring blank copies of these on site and folks can sign them while they are hear.
